How Long Does it Take to Build a New Home?
Depending on the size of your home, our average build time is 16-weeks for a standard 220sqm new home with our standard quality inclusions. For larger/grand/acreage style new homes our average build time depends on the size and inclusions for your specific home built in the Gympie region.
Do You Offer Finance for Building a Home?
We do not offer finance. However, we recommend RAMS Home Loan Specialists who can meet you here at our office and work with you to get preapproval finance for a home loan.
